Am i just realy dumb and can't see the Forza horizon 3 or is it coming out? and is it on steam or is every one buying it from the micosoft store becuase thats the only way i can purchase it like (pre-order) so is Forza Horizon 3 coming out on steam?!

4 years later. Yeah, the best forza is not on Steam and it was delisted. You can't even add it on Steam to show on your community tab you're playing this masterpiece!

It never was on Steam and Microsoft stopped selling FH3 due to licenses expiring.
