So did you get a final reply from Support ? What has happened, and tell us the whole story, if you want the best advice or help here.
Proof of purchases don't mean anything if the account was not created by you yourself originally.
If someone else has that proof, it is their account, plain and simple. What you've done on the account is meaningless without that very specific proof.
We have the original key, and everything; they have banned it saying its not ours.
I Couldnt login for days, i kept getting incorrect password
it was confirmd to be a steam error.
i contacted them asking when it will be fixed
they started asking for account ownership proof.
i gave them everything i had.
they said this account isnt yours and suspended it from me.
A proof of actual purchase and the original email would be appropriate. Someone else has those things.

So wait you're not even allowed to share with your family members? this is udderly RETARDED
Account sharing is a violation of the SSA. But we can't know the details here, as we don't have access to any of that information.
I would normally say that if anything can be done, you have to work with support about this, but if they said it's not your account, then it sounds like the case is closed.
Have you seen the " we will reply no further on this" message yet ?
You and your family probably did something that trigged a red flag at Valve, now the original creator of the account need to work with Steamsupport to get this solved.
Even sending them the screenshots of the mails
Their reply tho:
And why did you start this thread with a different account, but now are posting with yet another account here about this ?
