How are you even running windows on it? 4gigs of ram? Intel 620? an old I3?
Yeah that's not gonna run modern games.
Was able to play on my previous laptop at 17 fps!! thats a lot!!!!
Was able to play on a different laptop, once more, means *absolutely NOTHING* here.
Each and every COMPONENT is different. What works on one game's engine might not on another. Don't fool yourself into thinking that the laptop you've got listed here in this thread is going to play things.
"17 fps".... Isn't playing. It's a slideshow. And I know most people demand at minimum 60fps for CSGO, because that's effectively the best twitch speed most folks handle. Anything less than that and you're going to just be dragging a team down anyway.
Playing single player games at 17 fps is ... pretty crap, I'll be honest, but it's playable for ONE and not ruining anyone else's day.
Lol i was kidding, i just did a factory reset on my laptop (reinstall the entire windows system) and steam is working again with applications running, thanks for the help though!
