When you click install on SteamDB it'll open Steam and download game via Steam.
Steam still does it’s checks and ensures you own the game. If you do it installs it. If you don’t the install will just fail.
No other consequences beyond that
Unless the game is already free, no.
No, as stated above, all you're doing is downloading the game data from that place.
It still runs Steam the same so all the DRM checks and everything still apply. It will check to see if you own the game and therefore (unless it's free) won't run.
