afaik the only way to contact steam to make a ticket about your account is to create a new account then contact them letting them know you are having trouble logging into your old account :/
you will then have to verify your identity with details regarding your old account and if you pass they will send a link to reset password.
there is no contact email available in support that i could find and really, the only way to contact steam is to contact valve's corporate offices by email or phone.
dont ask me why a multi-billion dollar tech company with one of the most used gaming platforms doesnt provide any other way for users to contact support bc the fact that it doesnt does not make any sense to me.
It does work normally, obviously.
The thing to remember is that all browsers are different. The Steam UI uses a fork of Chrome, and that just might be a bit wonky on another browser.
I buy an awful lot of stuff online as I'm housebound. In recent months I've had issues buyingthings like synthesizers from websites because one bit of the security on the payment screen doesn't work correctly. In those cases, I go through trying on Kindle Fire, then on my daughter's iPad, then PS3 or WiiU, and laptop.
Eventually a browser will work.
