Steam client does not respond when playing csgo

Hello everyone, I started to have this problem about half a year ago. I consulted many people and they all have the same situation. Currently only tested when playing csgo appears.

Start steam regularly and log in to steam friends, open csgo to play, very often csgo will get stuck, the picture is stuck, usually will be stuck for dozens of seconds to recover, or csgo can be automatically closed, or csgo disconnects the server Back to the home page.

Usually if you get stuck and recover, then open the console, 100% will have this information:

A few months later, I found out that when I got stuck, if I cut out the game, I noticed a problem with the steam interface, such as the white border of the system, and the display did not respond.

I also observed that the steam friend interface was stuck, so when I tried to play csgo, I switched the steam chat to logout, and almost no similar situation occurred. So I suspect that it may be caused by too many steam friends. Please have a similar situation, is it too many friends? Can steam be repaired? Because this is almost a year away.
