So when I tried to run some old games it asked me to install some ♥♥♥♥ like DirectX and DirectPlay (I dont know), but I wasn't interested in playing these games. Now i'm curious is the DirectX and DirectPlay that my computer installed is it still on my PC even after I uninstalled these games? and if yes, how can I remove them also? (i ask because my pc been running weird and choppy since i put these games on my pc)

DIrectPlay looks like a Microsoft program that allows you to play older games on platforms like Steam :

DirectX is fine to have on your PC and that needs to be up to date anyway, especially if you are gaming on that PC.

I already have DirectX but the problem is the old games must've installed an older version of DirectX, and now my games runs weird and newer games plays weird too. How Can I remove that specific DirectX it installed for my games?

Also you never answered if it deletes the DirectX it installed too for those games when I uninstall them from steam.

When you uninstall a game using Steam, it removes everything in that folder in your steamapps/common folder, which contains any DirectX installers. They can be ran manually if you have the game installed, for example, if you had some software conflict that caused an issue when you did a first time setup of that game on Steam. Sometimes, it can then help to go run the installers manually.

That should not matter. And what makes you so sure that the DirectX update is the cause of your issue ?

A very important rule to follow when troubleshooting a problem like this : Never assume that just because the issue presents itself after you do a certain action on your PC, that this action is the the direct cause of the issue.

It may be just that the issue only presented itself at that moment, making is seem relevant.

From reading around on some forums, and I have only done so in a limited manner, it might be DriectPlay instead.

There are cases where some software can conflict with Steam and games :

Pretty sure DirectPlay would have been in a Microsoft Windows Update. So if you has a Windows update, that is probably it.

Look around on the Microsoft website and do a search for "DirectPlay".

Nope it promopted to install when I was going to play Tropico 2 but I declined it (game still ran fine) . Its not directplay, it was DirectX that made changes on my PC.. u sure the directx is removed when i uninstall a game?

You should not need to uninstall any version of DirectX. But what I said was, the installers found in that game's folder are removed if you uninstall a Steam game. So no, that does not "uninstall" that version of DirectX, as far as I know.

Think of DirectX like antivirus updates, for the lack of better comparison. Having all of them is not a bad thing.

See this :

Just because your computer is running weird and choppy doesn't mean any of those installed products or games are to blame.

For better troubleshooting, post your full system specs found at the top of the steam library window under HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION. It might be a bad driver got installed, an OS update that's broken something, or anything in between. It's rarely if ever a program like directx that has any impact on anything other than the game it's installed to be used with.

Or maybe the developer of Epic Games just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up their own game with the update then *cough* Fortnite *cough* runs like ♥♥♥♥ now...
If there is a connection, it would be windows 10 to blame.
The old games likely are what they always have been.

What is an example of what you notice now.
