Is there Steam maintenance right now?

Because my game just went wako and everyone wants to blame Steam. Playing Ark Survival.

Steam is down for routine maintenance every Tuesday at around 16:00 Pacific time.

So it is very possible it could be related to maintenance.

16 = 4pm

4pm pacific time = 6pm central time [my time]

my time right now is 8:21pm and the problem started at 8pm

If Steam is having maintenance would it not affect every single game played through Steam? Not just one game? Why is only my game having problems? Plus is it 2hrs after the supposed timed maintenance schedule of Steam.
