Battleye corrupted memory
Hello guys,

So yesterday I bought Ark Survival Evolved on my family computer. I install it and everything was fine. But when I tried to go in a server, it said: "you have been kicked out of the game by battleye. Reason corrupted #0. I know what it means: that it detect a virus or a cheat on my computer but I don't have that.

So is it a way to solve this problem. I tried a lot of things like scan my computer, restart, uninstall, lunch the game in admin,pray...
I'm not a professional with computer.

Help me please.

PS: sorry for my english.

I don't know what to do. Like BE is just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because they don't tell us where is the file that we have to delete. Like they just say us: your computer don't work.

Or perhaps, you should do what they suggest first, and follow through with troubleshooting.

If you aren't willing to do the things suggested to you by the people who make the product, you aren't going to have much of a leg to stand on when you rant about it not working properly.

memtest86 is an old app that has been around forever, it is used on various boot disks and recovery disks.

If they are suggesting that you use that, it likely means that they suspect the error is being generated due to bad / failing RAM.

That would be my best guess anyway.

Where did they say that? Here's the paragraph top of their FAQ.

NOTE: We are aware of “Corrupted Memory #0” kicks that some players are currently experiencing when playing BE games on Windows 10 1903. Investigation is still ongoing, but the issue mainly seems to be caused by the latest NVIDIA GeForce driver version 430.39, although we are aware that this is not the cause for all players. Downgrading to version 425.31 or older should fix the issue for now. Alternatively you can always reinstall Windows 10 1809 to solve this. We are in touch with Microsoft and other parties to find a proper solution ASAP.

So do you have Windows 10 - 1903? Have you rolled back?
Have you changed your video drivers - assuming you have nVidia?

Yes I just saw that. I rolled back to 425.31 and it doesn't work. So I'm just going to waith
