csgo vote kick

Hello,
I'm new to steam and to csgo, the 1st & only game I've installed for now.
I felt a little lost with new things but even worst whith csgo.

I've understood that you have to win 10 competitives games to have a normal rank (or something like that); so I play it until I make 2victorys and wait for tomorrow as steam/csgo rules are like that.

Now the real "problem" is as a beginner, it seems I am not very good even if I do my maximum for my team.
But soon or later, a player begins a votekick or a voteban, people say no but but the same player insists and finally people finish by ban/kick me.

Do you think it is cool ? for whatever reasons a player ask you leave & starts a voteban/votekick, you are harrassed during the game and it makes it worse until there is sufficient players who accept his vote.

How can I progress & unlock my rank if people kick you every match ?
is it the mentality of cs go or steam, or both ? you "punish" & segregate new players because they are new to the game (& steam) ?
How can a new player progress if you guys (players & steam dev) allow such bullying and discrimination like ?

to be honest I find it disgusting to allow such behavior from the community, it makes new players feel bad & they cant play quietly & unlock their rank.

is there a way to prevent such thing (votekick harassement) ?
my suggestion is after the vote failed one, two or three times, they should not be allowed to harass the team until they accept to ban/kick the player (harassement & bullying victim)

Anyway, I wanted to ask and express thi because you cant speak with people who harass you & try to lower you & bully you.
I hope steam or csgo devs will do something about it because it is disgusting and very bad for new players.

Play with at least one friend that will not vote to kick you.

Yeah same if you get kicked too many times you will eventualy get a cooldown
Thay recently added looking to play so you can find a team, try that and it should work fine

THEY also get ticks of warning for this action.

It is, however, exactly the mentality of pvp games. Hate to break it to you but if you're not already 'in' a group that wants you there? It's a very long, very ugly road ahead.

I have voted to kick, mostly noisy and abusive players.

Being quiet except to give important game info is vital to winning in close games.
