Cyberpunk 2077 gift activation problem

I get the message

"An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem redeeming the gift. Please try again later, or contact Steam Support for assistance."

where on this site can I open a ticket to support as per the error message received? I just spent good 15 minutes looking and found nothing besides crap help tips on gifting and other useless stuff.
the problem I'm facing with cyberpunk 2077 game.
any solution? please help me

first of all this isn't a gift i won on steamgifts.

So some time ago my friend gave my the game Cyberpunk 2077 .
But every time i try to redeem it i got this error :

what Should i do now?

How long is some time ago? If you don't redeem the game within a certain amount of time, Valve automatically refunds it.

just 3 hours ago my friend gave to me... and now im facing this problem. cant play this game.

Not a problem. We have seen others make that mistake before so no big deal. It was just a misunderstanding.
