Steam games crashing
So I've been searching and messing around with it for hours. My steam just aren't working whatsoever. Pubg, house flipper, and the forest all are crashing issues. I've reinstalled steam and the games multiple times, cleaned the registery afterwards. Checked the integrity of the cache multiple times. I updated Windows 10 made sure my bios was up to date. All my driver's are also up to date. I checked to make sure it wasn't my overclocks causing the issue, and to no surprise they weren't the issue. I don't really know what else to do or check

I have advanced system care, driver booster, and the iobit uninstaller. Other than that all I have is Windows defender. I have no problems whatsoever with games outside of steam. Thanks for the help and ideas in advance.

"advanced system care, driver booster, and the iobit uninstaller"
Yeah, and all these are known for causing issues with STeam.

Stop letting 3rd party programs mess your registry and you'll far fewer issues.

How do you know it's not the OC that's to blame?
How do the games crash? Errormessages?
And yeah IObit is notoriously bad for your performance. The uninstaller barely being the exception.
You should definately reinstall all your drivers from the manufacturer and remove Driver Booster. About 10 or so for the motherboard and one for the GPU.
Could you post more information on the crash you're experiencing with your games? A good place to start is with the event error, instructions on obtaining the error ID and exception code (if applicable) are below.

How to locate an Event Error ID
  1. Recreate the crash.
  2. Open run (Windows Key + R).
  3. Enter eventvwr.msc and then click OK.
  4. Expand Windows Logs and then select Application.
  5. Search through the logs for an error ( ! ) containing details about your game/process.
    For Example: hl.exe, csgo.exe, ect...

There are plenty of good suggestions/tips in this thread that could be related to your problems, and so I will just link the support page that is in reference to the first post about problematic software that can cause issues with Steam :

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289

There was an older version of that page that had some of the very programs that you listed in the OP as potential conflicts with Steam/games. The page was updated and the list removed, because there are just too many possibilities with other programs, and because some of the programs previously listed may not have been an issue anymore with Steam and/or games.

Overclocking hardware is covered here :

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2274-IFLV-5334

So as of now, we see several possibilities to your problems, and there may very well be more than just one issue that is causing all the problems.
