Click on that link and fill it out, then you just have to wait.. given its the holiday season and support requests are statistically much higher than normal it may take a few days before they reach your spot in line.. the reason they specifically ask for a picture of the entire card is there are other numbers on the card they can cross reference within their database to verify legitimacy..
it happens from time to time and they are normally really good at making it right (heck its one of the only support options with its own dedicated page), just fill out the ticket with whats required and wait for them to do what they need to do (filled when out myself earlier today as the last 3 didgets were not on there)..
a Piece of advice though, anytime you are contacting customer support don't be angry, don't be agressive, don't get overly personal.. the support technicians are people to, and like to be treated as such..
Always be quick to the point, very clear about what happened and write it out politely and professionally (as if you were sending an E-mail to your boss).. also end it with something like "Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter, Best Regards <Name>".. anytime you need something from a customer support team, acting professionally will get you much farther than angry or emotional
as said it happens, and they have a procedure for when it does.. just fill out the ticket with the picture it requests, and then just wait for them to get back to you.. also don't go "its been a day and I haven't hear back, I will fill out another ticket!" because that will only make it take longer (as you are moving yourself to the back of the line again by doing so)
I tried fast card customer service and no response.
I tried Steam support and upload my receipt and my 2 steam wallet cards with 13 digits on them.
The Steam support response is those 2 wallet cards were being redeem on Jun 27 already and
they can not issue me a replacement codes.
These missing digits wallet cards seems to be circulating and creating problems to both the consumers and the retailers. Shopper Drug Mart used to carry the steam wallet cards and now
they dont.
I will contact the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre to report this incident and see if they will classify this as a scam. If anyone else have the same problem please contact your respective govt agency.
