Did you not read the very posts above? They tell you EXACTLY.

It's okay I figured it out.
You press on the envelope Icon > speech bubble - new comments > (Wait for someone else to leave a comment) then press the the Form Thread > Comments.

Then you can continue to read more old posts on the form.
