Video titles/descriptions frozen
Anybody else having an issue with descriptions & titles being frozen on videos (not able to edit)? Not to mention I deleted a video in an attempt to get it a more accurate description from YouTube, that video no longer shows in my listings on YouTube regardless of how many times I unassociate/reassociate my YouTube account... I'm having to leave comments regarding inaccurate information & poor formatting on those videos as a half-a♥♥ed alternative until resolved... I've also made statements regarding this issue on my profile. :berserk:

Delete Steam downloads cache and web cache seems to fix stuff like this.
Steam top left corner
If you deleted the video off youtube upload it again. Then edit the description.
Take a screenshot if you could describing your title issue .
All the name. description stuff is done while its uploading.
Then check the video progress says saved and then Publish. It provides a url. if you're not happy use the edit video on youtube, select Videos on your channel.

Happening on the website also, it's not specific to the Steam client. In fact I usually add & edit videos on the site as opposed to the Steam client, I only decided to see if the client would have any better luck than the website, same situation...

EDIT:
Deleted the video off of Steam, not YouTube, not going to remove the video from YouTube just to fix an issue on Steam, it don't need to be on Steam if that's the case. If necessary, I can record a video & upload to YouTube to show the problem, then link it over here.

Last resort will be to just remove all videos from Steam entirely & leave a link to my YouTube channel on my profile instead (already have one on there to my Twitch channel). I've already stopped doing reviews on Steam due to mass-abuse of the rating system & moved all of them to my personal site, I have no problem with cutting out the video function on Steam entirely if this is a restriction put in place by Steam (I can think of one possible reason it might be a restriction/penalization & it had to do with updating a name on a video to something that was getting filtered by Steam, the user successfully manipulating Steam filters so I couldn't link to their profile, which resulted in a note to go to the Twitch version to get a link to their profile).

If I want to edit a title in my steam profile I click on comments and details then edit Title and description.

I know how to do it, I've been doing it for ages, problem is I can make the changes, but the changes never take effect, even after refreshing the page. The page allows you to enter the changes you want, but the changes never take effect after you attempt to save them.

Descriptions & titles still frozen, so I'll just continue referring to an external site for descriptions, whether that be Google Docs or the alternate versions of those videos (Twitch/YouTube), I'm not providing descriptions on Steam anymore until this is fixed (this includes deleting & later re-sharing videos so that they refer to descriptions on external sites, including a note that the view count will be off on Steam due to having to be re-shared because of that problem). Pretty certain I know why this is happening & I'll continue pointing out that the issue started in August of 2019 on every video shared (or deleted & re-shared), trying to keep an accurate description/title on Steam is no longer worth the effort (I'll do the updates through Google Docs and/or the other videos).

Looks like they finally got this fixed, so I'll open up streams on Steam to the public again (most of them anyways, there's still some games that are going to remain friends-only as previously decided even before this issue started & some of them on request-only). I'll be spending some time getting the descriptions transferred over from Google Docs back to Steam, but there isn't anything I can do about the view counts on Steam being inaccurate due to having to re-share them because of the previous problem (the notes about inaccurate view counts on Steam will need to remain there)...
