How to blacklist the Visual novel crap polluting the Store?

This is literally the reason I don't buy anything on steam anymore. Say you want to look for a cheap interesting game for Mac OSX, there aren't many so you would assume all the good ones would be easy to find right? WRONG. You have to wade through pages and pages of absolute anal cancer with softcore anime porn game garbage, RPGmaker cut-and-paste and Chinese language phonegame tier rubbish that are more basic and unpolished than FREE FLASH GAMES.
It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to the point where I flat out don't use steam anymore to buy games because its' not only annoying as hell to find a diamond in the rough amongst the absolute trash money-grubbing valve is letting onto the store, but it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to do so on Mac!

PLEASE if there is a way to filter and blacklist "Sexual Content" "Visual Novel" "Casual" "RPGMaker" "Chinese" then please please PLEASE tell me how to do it!!!!!!

You can filter these out by going into the store preferences and adding those tags to the exclusion list
