Can Anyone Explain to me Why Everyone Hates Chucklefish?
There's a story out now that some little kid put 100s of hours into developing content for Starbound and now he's upset that he didn't get paid by the developers or something.

I don't think anyone should get paid for volunteering their time to work on things for a video game. I did this when I was a teenager as well for a game called GraalOnline and I never expected to get paid.

Aside from that, why do people hate Chucklefish?

Because people are entitled and think they deserve money for anything now a days. If there was no type of agreement or talk about getting paid then obv he shouldn't, unless he gets donations from those that think he should get something for the work he put into whatever he did.
