Just log in on the new computer and it'll ASK you whether that's the right place and want proof it's you, if you have security features implemented on the account.
You can download steam anywhere. Put your log in info in it when it pops up?
When you install Steam on a new PC or log in the website from another device (e.g. your phone), Steam will send you an email with a verification code. You can't access your Steam account from a new device without that code.
Anyways, just wait a bit; eventually it should pop up in your emails. If that's not the case, I'm pretty sure there is a "What email message? I don't have it..." button when it asks for the code. Try clicking on that button; maybe they'll send you the code via SMS.
This is why another user suggested looking in the spam folder, because that's often where they end up for whatever reason. You think you haven't received it.
A way to mitigate this issue is to add the Steam address as a contact in gmail.
Tried to send mt mobile a verification code as well, it doesnt send the sms as well.
I am not sure if something is wrong with me or someting is down on steams side.
