Scammed by wrong cs money bot.
Hello, the title pretty much says it all.
A random dude messaged me he wanna trade bla bla bla....
At the end, he requested that i should sell my item on cs money which i did try.
I did not look at the name of the bot closer and i traded it to the wrong bot...
Is there any way im gonna get my item(s) back?
or am i hopeless like everyone else...
thank you for your time.

Nope. The're gone. Move on. Never do trades outside of steam. Simple as that.

Next time, don't believe every male cow excrement excuse someone attempts to use to avoid using the Steam trade window.
Items should only be traded in the Steam trade window, items for items. Items are not returned once they leave the account.

Sounds like a slightly new spin to the API scam. Does your trade history show one canceled offer immediately followed by an accepted one?

If so, your account is hijacked, and the request by the other person was simply to trick you into this trade. If I am right, there is a bot in your account since you logged into a phishing site, and it will forward all valuable trades to this other account.
In case I am right, do all of the following in short order:
- Change your password
- Deauthorise all other devices
- Revoke your API key
- Order new backup codes

Don't enter your password directly into other websites, especially not those that you enter through links from other users. Instead do a browser login on the Steam main page. Every other website should recognise it when it wants you to sign in through Steam and let you confirm your account without entering your name and password. If you are logged into Steam in your browser, yet a website still asks for your Steam login name/pw, it is a trap.

-snip-
It's an old scam using 3rd party market site to list an item and the scammer puts in a trade in place of the bot and takes your items.

I see alot of csmoney here while they got nothing to do with it.

You change the title or what?

And no i dont promote csmoney or something but making false accusations is bad.
