Seems the publisher and developer don't have an official support site, so I linked their Facebook pages so you can contact them directly about it.
Or request a refund.
About the only two thinks I can suggest.
I have messaged them on Twitter but not gotten a reply yet..
https://twitter.com/PlayGBremaster if this link gets removed then goto twitter @PlayGBremaster
The publisher has a site, but does not offer support on it. They do have an address for several countries though. That is the closest I could find, but unlikely to get support that way.
https://www.facebook.com/PlayGhostbusters/
and they sent me an email address
help@saber3d.com
to where they said i would be helped with technical support. i might just refund the game and wait on a fix (if there is one) and then download it again at a later date. Sucks because i was really excited about this game to be remastered.
Steam had the original version. And Epic Games has the Remastered version.
Hello ---------,
Please replace your current launcher file with the one you'll find on the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Y0utgw4JsUJBT35Th-Vw5c3fVd8CzdYC
Original launching file is located here: C:\Games\GhostbustersRemastered
This .exe file will generate .txt log file when you crash in the same folder above.
After that, please send us a generated log along with dxdiag.txt. You can get that one by typing "dxdiag" in Windows search and pressing "Save All" in the window.
Best Wishes,
Saber Support Team
