Counter Strike Complete Digital Code/Steam Gift

I want to buy CS Complete(Digital Code/Steam Gift) because its cheaper than CS:S alone, but i already have CS: 1.6,CZ,GO and if i use steam gift/digital code "CS Complete" on my account will be added CS:S and can i still use it for CS 1.6,CZ,GO on another account?

You must purchase the bundle for each account to get the games in the bundle on each account.
