PING KEEPS SPIKING EVERY 10 MINUTES

Every 10 minutes or so my ping spikes up to like 400 and then goes back down to about 40 after 2 minutes. Any help is appreciated...

Is this on CSGO only ? If so, I would suggest that you search first, then post if needed, in the CSGO forum about it, please.

No it's just my internet in general.

Yes, im pretty sure it is my router.

Well, this forum is about Steam so I can only suggest you use the Steam support page concerning Steam connectivity troubleshooting, which includes bypassing the router to test it.
