Could be any one of literally thousands of games. Be specific.
When did you purchase "game"? When was the last time it ran, and did anything - hardware, drivers, operating system updates - change between then and now?
Make sure Steam and games are being ignored in real-time by security software, and allow Steam and games fully through your Firewall.
There can be other causes of "Not Responding" errors also, but these mentioned above are most commonly seen here. You have to correct the issue causing the games to "Not Respond", then and only then verify the game files.
That may be irrelevant. Things change on a computer without you actively changing them.
Programs update. Things change. One of the most commonly seen issues is an antivirus program that updated and presented a new conflict with Steam and/or games. We have seen it here many times, and I can link you to several such cases.
EDIT..If software is possibly causing a new conflict, we can try to help you find it, if you provide the following :
1. Take screenshots of all of the programs you have installed on your computer. Control panel then programs/programs and features. (Windows 7,8,8.1) or "apps" (Windows 10 click "Start" (Windows icon on bottom left))
2. Click Windows Start and type in msconfig and run that resulting process. Go to the services tab and check the box on bottom "Hide all Microsoft services". Take screenshots of all that is left.
3. Then go to the startup tab on top of that same window (Task Manager in W10). Take screenshots of all that there also.
Post all the links to the above screenshots here, using a file hosting site such as imgur.com
Norton 360 for sure.
Part of Norton Security Suite
That is one notoriously overprotective anitivirus right here. If that was my computer, it would be uninstalled but if you wish, you can try disabling the Norton 360 in msconfig there, apply, then ok.
Then restart the computer. In the case of games, after the restart, verify the game files before playing the games.

In the case of game issues, always verify the game files after restarting and logging back into Steam.

Some claim Norton has improved over the years, and then still, there are some that say they would rather have a real virus on their computers than Norton.
Don't take my word for it. Use the forum search box in the top right from the main sub-forum Help and Tips page and see for yourself. Just type in "Norton" in quotes and search. There are many cases where it caused issues with Steam and games.
Another problem is that you have Intel Graphics and Nvidia Graphics drivers/processes running at the same time, from the shots.
That is almost surely causing issues right there. Multiple GPU drivers can conflict and cause all sorts of issues. I suggest you disable that Intel GPU process and go on the Nvidia one.
EDIT........
What is your Nvidia GPU, please ?
It's good to keep in mind, for looking at later. But if you only see issues with Steam games and have "stopped working" errors, those usually are the result of a conflict with software or software related.
If the RAM is different in ways listed here, then that can maybe be worth looking at to avoid other issues. But for now, my suggestions would be what I have said above.
Further cleaning of GPU device drivers may be necessary, if simply disabling the process for the Intel one does not help and that is causing conflicts.
Both are running in your shots above.
