Report a translation problem
Because you need to reinstall your driver. Always uninstall graphics drivers before the big seasonal updates and reinstall afterwards.
1. After I changed to no scaling it worked (reverting to the orignal setting also worked).
2. My issue came after updating to the latest driver.
Finally for those not sure where this is at
1. Open Nvidia Control Panel
2. Under Display click on "Adjust Destkop Size And Postion"
3. Look right and there's your scaling.
