Searching for an old friend with just an alias

I had a friend in 2015, then she deleted me, and re added me on 2017. I think she deleted me again. None of the steamid's sites show these interactions, and only show a few added people, of the 100s ive added and deleted.

The old alias is Stress-Inducing Bone Courtier. Please help me find my friend!

Did you ever exchange gifts? If you bought her one, it should show up in your transactions history, if she did, you might have the email stored somewhere...
Would be the easiest way, I could come up with, if steamid doesn't lead you anywhere. Another approach could be to check the member lists of groups, you might have in common.

We never did, and we dont have groups in common. This is extremely hard, ive tried everything.

Is it weird that "my activity" is fully blank?

Look in the top right and click on "friend activity" and wait for it to load any results. The page is initially blank for me also. You apparently have to click on a selection in the top right.
