Motioninjoy Not Working?

So I'm trying to use my ps3 controller for some games and I've used Motioninjoy before, however when I launch the program it stays on a white screen before telling me, "Error The request could not be satisfied". Is something wrong with Motioninjoy right now or is my computer preventing it from working properly?

Uninstall MotionJoy as it's more akin to spyware than helping you use your PS3 gamepad.

Then go to google and search for SCP Server and click on the second link. That programs is a lot better and will make your gamepad being detected in all games.

I did try this before posting here and my controller wasn't being recognized as a 360 controller afterwards. Is there any solution to that?

Did you follow all the steps? Such as installing 360 drivers?

Once I got it running I didn't have to bother with it at all.

Yep me too, but i used the SCPserver and i can still play without motionjoy ;) Thank you Zefar
Though, i hope the "bosses" of motioninjoy wil fix that ♥♥♥♥ :/

Thats where i call ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Ive tried to have local used and its just UTTER garbage. It doesnt ever recognize the controller and its useless. And yes i have the folder right where it belongs and even with that the local mode is totally useless!

I tried MotionJoy a year ago with my PS3 controller it doesnt work.

I use a cronusmax myself - www.cronusmax.com as I don't like using dodgy third party software which may infect my pc.

It's a usb stick with a little computer on board which makes the PC think my playstation controllers are Xbox controllers.

Local mode works if you're using a Sony Dual Shock 3, but a lot of the third party PS3 controllers need to be online to work.

SCP is no good for alot of games motion joy is by far better im trying to get mien working again after reformatting PC sadly

Uninstall MotionInJoy. Its pure malware, the driver connects to an asian server and MotionInJoy made the drivers hidden, so even if you uninstall the program, there are still hidden drivers installed. Also led their drivers to many bootscreens where you wasnt be able to start your computer.

They wont hide drivers if theres nothing to hide. To uninstall fully just google it and youll find some tuts, its kinda easy tho.
