I bought a wrong edition of Black Ops 2

So, steam sale was up. i got 90$, and I bought black ops 2 digital deluxe cuz i thought it came with the season pass, (on Xbox i bought black ops 3 digital deluxe edition, and it came with season pass so i applied the same idea to this game) (also it didn't say if it came with the dlc) so when I launched it, i realized it only came with nuke town, so i bought the season pass which cost 15$ more then if i were to have bought the edition that came with the season pass) and i also bought the dragon pack, i gave the waw gift to my friend cuz at the time i didn't know it was the wrong edition, i recently realized that i can refund it, and im asking if I can refund it. The digital deluxe edition didnt come with package details either. If I can refund, i wanna buy the version I wanted to get to get my 15$ back.

So you are saying you bought Black Ops 2 Deluxe and the Seasons pass instead of getting the black ops 2 bundled with the seasons pass am I correct? Cause if you did I'm pretty sure you can still refund them both If you did not play more than 2 hours and owned it for 2 weeks. Otherwise you cannot refund a game you played more than 2 hours and owned for more than 2 weeks.

You have a combined 5.2 hours in Black Ops 2. You can try and request a refund, but chances are it will not be approved.
