1. Yes, it's a scam.
2. It probably contains some sort of malware, since there is a javascript code to a website that apparently auto-installs, or at least attempts to automatically install some sort of software.
3. Check your computer for malware with MBAM and free tools by Kaspersky, Dr. Web, avast, etc.
4. After removing all unwanted software from your system, immediately change all your passwords. Do it from another device you are 100% sure is clean, even if no viruses are found - better be safe than sorry.
5. Thankfully this link is now blocked on Steam.

Google isn't some sort of panacea, since the website authors could have relied on browser-specific exploits. As I said earlier, just scan your PC and change all your passwords. The only way to know you're safe.

No virus detected for me at least. and if you are worried about your steam acc. they dont have your mobile device so you should be pretty safe

I actually tried it on my ipad on a different browser.......nothing happened and just loaded in a casino type website. What the heck is happening???!!
