No. Steam provides PC games, on Windows, Mac & Linux, not PS4.

You can technically get a PS4 to run linux, but it would mean you can't run PS4 games on it, and it's extremely hard and useless afterwards. Use a PC

Yes you can if jailbroken. As i said, once jailbroken you can install different OS (Operating system), like Linux and that can be said as a pc. (Well to be exact, consoles are pc but optimized ONLY for gaming but still doesn't have the decent performance)

Not an updated PS3 as they removed Other OS support from the system long ago. Chances of finding one wiith that function is almost 0.

Install yes but run? Nope, not even worth trying. The ps3 is so old now that the performance of it in comparison with a pc is TRASH this days.

EVEN if you could. PS3 hardware isnt meant for pc, it would lag more than a bad laptop. May as well just use a pc

Even finding an old unpatched PS3 won't help as even with that Linux it's gaming capabilities were practically zero.
