Report a translation problem
I bought the disc from another country(Turkey to be exact) and I live in the UK, I bought it from a proper store it was called "Media Markt" I think. The product key was not on the receipt either.
You will have to deal with the store. Neither the Bethesda, nor Valve can assist you with this.
And that should have been supplied from the retailer. If they sent you a game with out a key, they are the only ones who can do anything about it.
That key is the license to play the game. You can have key, with no box or disk and be fine. But if you don't have the key, then you don't have anything but a nice box and a coaster.
Again, only the store that sold it to you can help you. Otherwise you can purchase the game through Steam, Green Mand Gaming, Amazon or other know retailers as that would be your only other option.
Bethesda, nor Valve will give you a new key. Only the retailer can do that (or refund you for that matter).
