Mini Roads Not working since update.

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the right place, but I have noticed that since the latest patch I can no longer place "mini" roads i.e small street roads and dirt roads. I wandered if any one else has this issue and if there was a fix. Also I have issues with seom mods not working before and after the patch, I am waiting to see if this gets resolved over the coming days, but some of the known compatable mods are not working for me.
