My cart expires before I get the money I need to buy my games.
I've added a bunch of items to my cart. My cart expires on the 29th, two days before I get the money I need to purchase the games. Will I be able to repurchase the games with the discounts, or will I have to pay the original prices?

When it's over, the prices to back to normal and you won't be able to buy it at a discount anymore. So if you miss the sale because you don't have the money right now, you're out of luck.

Exactly what was said. The sale ends at the end of the sale. You can't extend this in any way because the sale ends. It doesn't matter what you have in your cart after the sale ends because the sale is over and you don't get the sale price after the sale ends.

Well, ♥♥♥♥. I hope Steam fixes this problem. So many cool games I could have gotten...

I think I may have been unclear. I've done all the steps, and the transaction is pending. I've hit the "Purchase button", and I just need to pay the cash via Konbini (because I live in Japan). Would I be able to buy the games at the discounted price then?

What does that mean when you say the transation is pending? Do you have the money and have to wait for the payment method to clear?

Something like that, yes.

Either way, I can wait a bit longer if I have to. If I can't buy the games at a discounted price, I'll get them at a later date.
You must pay when you buy.
And you pay the current price.

Like in the real world.

Then presumably you have to wait for the payment to clear processing. Does Konbini give you any indication of how long it takes for the payment to go through? Does Steam give you any notice that the transation is on hold until the payment is processed? Do you have any reason to believe that it will take more than 5 days to process the payment?

As an aside, if it is taking this long to actually clear processing then this Konbini thing sounds like a really terrible way to make a purchase online. I've never heard of an online payment option that takes longer than a minute at the very most to process.
