The new update once installed has a virus in it or at lest thats what my anti virus is telling me. Please download at your own risk. Let me know if and when there is a fix for this.

Avira Scan - TR/Dropper.Gen

I just got this detection from avira in csgo.exe in the middle of the update today. Anybody else got it too? I'm very reluctant to launch the game now.

I got it too, right after a client update. Most likely it's just a false positive because of the update.

Yeah I find it hard to believe it's a real trojan too but still... oversights/hacks can happen. Thanks for the confirmation guys.
