no refund said 14 days.
Has anyone got refunded back to their Credit Card. I ask for a refund back to my CC. I've waited 14 days and they said within 14 days. It was issued Sept 11. Til now I don't have it on my statment! NEED HELP!

Approved refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account – however, refunds to international payment methods may take longer. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

Still can’t find your refund? Please review your recent purchase history; you may have used the funds to make another purchase!

Can take far longer for out of country refunds. Usually I recommend refunding to your steam wallet as it comes a LOT quicker(usually within a couple days)

its said it got refunded but when I contacted them they mentioned it was a Cancellation. well its already 1month check and no Credit back. I think it will never go back. damn thieves.

Well First when they said "REFUND" was placed, I waited for it as promised 14days as it said on the Email. Then waited some more 3days.To help me best I called the Bank to check on it. Bank don't see a refund request or anything about refund just a charge on that date. Contacted Valve. Now They said it was Cancellation not a refund and that I have to call the bank. I waited some more, up until now nothing. Cancellation "authorization charges" takes about 3days to be uplifted depends on what bank not a month. How can you as a Customer service or Steam support. Mistook a Cancellation for a refund they are not the same thing. Credibility is not there cause of the First mistake they made. Telling me it was Refund. Yes, Theives took my money and they keep silent

Well at least you have more clearer reply than the support all they sent me are blurbs no detailed explination almost automated. sigh.
