Manually drag the file to your desktop temporarily, keeping the "corrupt" version of it just in case.
Then, verify the game files again.
I solved it my uninstalling the game and re-installing it.
i was defragging my drive(hybrid) and found that Siege textures files are the most fragmented,like 400/file
mind-boggling
