If you have access to your account now, then use Steam Guard to disable all other devices now.

EDIT..Your profile is private, so we cannot see some things that may help to see what you are seeing there.
Im very upset.
I really hate that Steam Support just sends me in circles with no real person to contact.
If this doesnt get fixed I will delete my account and never buy from Steam again.
This is BS.
Second, you cannot delete your account anyway. You can only request the access be terminated.
Try to calm down and work the situation and think.
What have you done lately ?
Used any third party websites and entered your login information there ?
Click on any links in chat or otherwise ?
Have you scanned the computer for possible infections ?
If there is a keylogger on that machine, then yes, they can get all your information again. Change personal information on accounts from a computer that you know is clean.
i'm sorry you're having account issues tho. But you have to take responsibility for that.
Saying "If this doesnt get fixed I will delete my account and never buy from Steam again." is like buying a Jeep car. Then you leave (or someone you lend your car to leaves) the keys in the car and a sign on the car that says 'steal me'... So then your car gets stolen. And you're like "OMG if Jeep doesn't fix this issue!! i'm never buying a Jeep again!! It's their fault my car was stolen!!"
Nothing was compromised my Valve's end. If Valve was having issues many other users with more valuable accounts than yours would be here complaining about this "Valve glitch that caused their account to be cross-linked with someone else". But it's only you.
Again. i'm sorry your account was compromised. You should scan your computer for malware. And scan ANY computer you log into Steam with for malware (so if you sometimes use your best friend's computer - or a computer at school - or anything) you can scan all those for malware.
Or just scan yours and then stop logging into your Steam account with other computers. After you clean the malware from your computer... then change your password. Possibly even change the email you use with Steam. Because it's possible it was your *EMAIL* that was compromised instead of directly your Steam account. If someone gains access to your email address they can sometimes access MANY of your accounts for other things. MMOs, Steam, Origin, etc.
No 3rd party web sites. Dont use Chat
Havent played a game on Steam in over a month. All I did was log out of the Steam Client.
Im upset because My friends list is gone. My Forum posts seem to be gone. My account says Ive played games that arent on my system.
I have all sorts of things (badges) that shouldnt be there.
Is there a way for Steam to go into my Account and clean it up or find out what happened?
I removed any other devices other than this gaming system.
Changed email and password
Doing a full system scan again right now.
And posting your computers "are clean" does not state if you have checked or not. If you have not checked, then please don't say they are clean.
Malwarebytes in safe mode is suggested.
If you are missing badges, it is starting to sound like you are logged into the wrong account.
Thinking the same here.
You mean THIS account is actually someone elses? How can that happen?
This is totally messed up. I have no idea whats going on
Ill reset the profile to public.
I realy hope I didnt somehow log into someone elses account.
I mean I used My regular Log in name (PyrateLV) it just said my password was wrong, thats why I think I got hacked.
My e-mail reciepts are long deleted, though my account detail show games Ive purchased.
I dont know how that could have happened.
Im really worried something bad has occured and I have no idea how to fix it.
People swear they don't have another account, and in the end, they actually did, and in some cases, more than two actually.
I only have 1 account with Steam
Honestly
But I have badges for games I dont have (Paladins) and it only shows the Forum posts in this thread no others.
And my Friends list is empty
Im upset and confused
edit: Bad chrome. I do not need you to suggest hacked instead of hijacked. I know what it is.
Also, if you can change login info from a different device, I would suggest you do that ASAP. Not from this computer. You don't know if it is clean or not for sure, according to the situation.
Forum posts and badges missing ?
And you said it would not accept the password because it was not recognized ?
All that does point to a different account, possibly. Not sure yet though, but it surely does sound like it.
EDIT..Since you deauthorized other devices, you would have to reauthorize one to change personal login information on it.
EDIT...
I can see your post history back to 2016.
