Been scammed into purchase via steam wallet cards
Hi guys I'm at a loss as to what to do, I've just done the dumbest mistake of being scammed into using steam wallet card purchased from SEAGM as a method of payment.
The scammer claims the codes were already redeemed after they've used it and SEAGM confirmed that it was redeemed after the purchase:

"Dear Customer,
This is to acknowledge you that your card code issue has been checked. As per checking, the result shows the code (W5HFZ-) was used after sold."

They told me to contact steam support but I can't even find a way to make a support ticket through the steam help and support page.

What can I do? Is there a way that steam can trace the account that used the code and revoke/ban it provided that I provide all the proof that I was scammed?

Just extremely frustrating and do not want to let the scammer scam me off 60USD without any consquences :(

Please help

Report the user via their profile and that's it.

Support cannot do anything so just report and Valve will pick it up and take the appropriate action if possible https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433

Use this as a learning lesson. There's nothing we can do.

User evidence is not really a consideration, as people can sadly fake that to try to scam Valve and have tried before.

That's why you should report as others have said and let Valve look into it further, as they have any details on any issues where wrongdoing evidence exists. They go by their logs and evidence.
