I see the name of the game. But no system specs.

Go to Help in the top of the client, then system information. Right click, select all, then copy and paste all that here, please.

These are the minimum from the store page. Looks like you have that covered pretty well.

Windows

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10
Processor: 3.0 GHz P4, Dual Core 2.0 (or higher) or AMD64X2 (or higher)
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: Video card must be 128 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 2.0b (ATI Radeon X800 or higher / NVIDIA GeForce 7600 or higher / Intel HD Graphics 2000 or higher - *NOT* an Intel Express graphics card).
Storage: 4 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible

Have you ran Windows Update just to be sure all that is taken care of ?

Have you searched the game forum for that game to see if others are reporting a similar issue, and therefore, maybe a solution ?

Not online...the game forum using the search box there in the top right.

Right click the game in your library and select "view forum". Use the search box. You can do that while waiting here for someone to maybe post a solution or suggestion.

This is where your topic is supposed to be, so I am not saying you need to post there instead. Just saying you can search for possible solutions while waiting. Thanks, and I will reply also if I find anything that may be helpful.

Hey, that's great. Thanks for replying what you did to fix it, as that may help others that see this also. Sorry I could not post the exact suggestion that would have worked, and good luck to you always.
