Valve won't help with that unauthorized site. Get your money back.
thats what im trying to do and ist G 2 A is where i bought it from usualy have no problem but they wont give me my money back without me showing them when the key was used andi have no idea when it was used its not my key.
Go through your bank/cc company. It's filtered for good reason and they're requesting info that they KNOW Valve will never give.
Contact the seller of the keys, and what does it have to do with Steam? The name of the site selling the keys is not just closed without a reason by censorship.
Do not buy stolen keys from dubious sellers - no problem
Those, who buy on Steam - do not have any problems.

If that's what your bank said when you requested a chargeback, you need a new bank.

Go to https://isthereanydeal.com/

Not only does it offer a list of authorized sellers, but it also compares their prices for you.

The reason why they were on discount means they are probaly region blocked or whatever

Regions are divived in 3 sections 1,2,3

America is Region 1
EU and everything below is Region 2
And everything on the right is region 3

If its region locked means you can only use it in a certain region as a i explained. It wont show you what region sadly enough. The seller has to tell you in what regions they are blocked. This means if you really want to get serious, you can sue them for not providing that information.
Also please provide what error you get trying to redeem the key.
is that website safe to use?

No. There is a reason why Steam filters block it:

The site is a scam site. They are well known for selling used, fake, or stolen keys. Additionally, buying from them runs the rusk of the key being bought with stolen card information, meaning a chargeback might get run and invalidate the key.

Just google the name of the site followed by scam adviser. It'll tell you more.

you can contact G2A support. I contacted them before about couple keys. Took about 10 days for them to reply and 30 days to contact the selller. They refunded my money and terminated the sellers account for multiple scams. Please visit this if you got a key that doesn't work off G2A: {LINK VERWIJDERD}
