You bought the game more than 2 weeks ago. As such you are no longer eligible for a refund
The game is not Early Access
It does matter. Return policies don't have infinite timeframes. Do you think if you tried to return a Tv 3 years later saying "I just opened the box yesterday and it doesn't work! I want a refund". How far do you think that will fly
Do not confuse "Does not work for me" with "Does not work for everyone"
Apparently the OP thinks 'abandoned' means "A game that was released over a year ago that doesn't work on my system and I'm not getting immediate support for' means "abandoned"
There’s a report button on the store page
Sure, why don't I try to return something from 10 years ago while I'm at it if we're going with asinine analogies. A month ago is not unreasonable, especially when I got it during a Steam sale and I didn't think I needed to test the game to make sure it'd work.
Does that sound like a way you would be able to run your business and make a profit and stay viable to your customers, as well as stay competetive in the market you were in ?
No, it does not does it ?
You clicked "I agree" to this upon purchase of that product......

which includes a link to that very refund policy that explains that you get 2 hours and 2 weeks. Your AGREED to that when you bought that game. So yes, services were rendered upon sales of the product to you, as AGREED upon on that very sale purchase date.
You like to make assumptions and you know what they say when you assume. I followed the forums for weeks. Had I just thought "oops game doesn't work, better get a refund right away" I wouldn't have this issue but my patience seems to have led to my predicament. Though you can use some tempering.
games obviously working, ergo the product was delivered. operation of your machine is your responsibility beyond that. You are not entitled to a refund.
And what game are you looking at?
