Feel like enlighten us what you expect it to do?
Works just like on any other browser and brings up the eight-way scroll.

It never worked for me. It hangs up and comes back.
I've already switched to Windows 10. Steam has been upgraded many times and never solved it.

It has to be your mouse or the drivers. All the mice I've used worked perfectly fine.

There should be some Steam support failure for some drivers ... perhaps

Nope, that is not Valve's concern, you would have to either contact the manufacturer about that or trial and error with drivers. I say this because I work technical support and at our company we regularly get calls about devices that have nothing to do with our own soft/hardware. That's the equivalent of calling a car manufacturer because your child's car seat is malfunctioning. Yes, it's used in a car that they made, but they did not make that car seat, hence the car seat manufacturer would be the one to call.

Unlikely. Drivers installed and tested on various operating systems, Win 7, 10, and linux. I have already worked with several operating systems and have already corrected numerous problems. This is unheard of. They work in all programs, browsers, pdf readers, games, etc, except on Steam. For this I made the post.

Seeing as the mouse wheel works fine in Steam for others, the problem is on your end.

Yeah this sounds like you've got a conflict somewhere with drivers or other devices.

This is certainly NOT a problem for pretty much anyone I've ever met on steam. It's on your hardware end. Research it.

Change mice, as yours is apparently broken.

Guys.
This problem is unique. It will be unsolved.
I will use mouse as peripheral.

Thank you for your help! = D xD
