I didn't want to spend an extra $5-10 I didn't have to get the gift card
Which game is it, anyway? Check if it's available on legitimate third-party resellers like Humble Bundle, Indiegala or BundleStars. Be warned, some games have regional restrictions, check if New Zealand is on the list of restricted regions. Then you can give the game key to your friend to activate, assuming there is no regional restriction.

I was counting dimes and pennies, the other locations had it for more. (Steam had a big sale on it), everything was out of my favor. They ended up buying it themselves however

If it's between $5 and $10, you can give your friend custom funds too.

Just tested and the code works similarly to when adding funds to your own account.
javascript:submitSelectGiftCard( 500 );

i.e. $7.5 USD would be 750.

Glad to know it works for digital cards as well!

what if i go to pakistan for 1 week and i want to buy it

Unless your residency changes, that doesn't matter. You're still violating the subscriber agreement. Your account can still be suspended or terminated. It doesn't matter how many excuses you make up to justify it, it's still a violation of Steam's terms of service.

if you go here and go to method 3 [LINK REMOVED] it will tell you that it is fine

Of course some completely 3rd party website that wants your money will tell you it's perfectly fine to ignore Steam's rules. It still isn't.

I notice on your Steam account and other online accounts you have, you advertise a lot of CSGO gambling websites. Why don't you just take all of your gambling winnings and buy the game yourself? Otherwise, why would some random people just generously fund your gambling habit?

Be glad that is all you have lost so far, apparently. Many users report having their accounts hijacked after entering their login information for their Steam accounts foolishly on those shady sites.

So what will happen if I BUY SOME GAME USING VPN?

The account can be terminated.

I wouldn't run the risk if I were you.

Your account may be locked from doing anything but playing the games you already own OR it may be terminated.

no i gamble only in {LINK REMOVED} and its not a scam
Tev Oct 28, 2017 @ 10:17am
Only happens to get the link filtered out right?

There's a reason why there's so many gambling sites. It's because none of them is legit.
The Giving One Oct 28, 2017 @ 10:18am
Textbook reply that we see all the time, especially with the "LINK REMOVED".

That should tell you something.
