I've been reported for scamming without reason, how can I report this steam user?
So, I was trading on TF2, and a guy was selling the "Strange Archer's Sterling", which normally costs 7 ref, but when I searched this hat on Backpack.tf (a website everyone use for find tf2 cosmetic's price) everyone was BUYING it (not selling, buying) for 3.66/3.77 ref, in the "Buy orders". So, I offered him this price with a little discount, I don't remember how much, and he reported me for scamming!
Now:
1) This is not scamming
2) This is not sharking (and if is sharking, but it's not, it can't be reported on steam)
3) It was a legit price, I've taked it from a populare website!
I want know if I can do something for don't have this report, becouse I remember 1 time a guy had a warning sign like "this profile has been reported for scamming, warning". I am not a scammer, I hate scammers, I'm just trying to get profit from what I buy! Where can I call the steam support for this report? What need I to sell to the steam report?

Steam Support will review the report and find it to be false. It usually takes a lot more reports to get them to act on it as well. And of course, they will only take action if the report is true.
Just ignore it. If you were reported on Steam form your profile more than likely nothing but will be looked at.

If it was on Backpack.tf more than likely nothing will happen ether. If you do get flagged just contact a mod or admin on that site and explain what happened.

Do you get reported all the time then? If so you should stop trading and if not then you don't need to worry about it, Valve has the logs of what goes on and if you did not scam anyone than you don't have to worry.

No, this is my first scamm report I get, and I hope the last one. But if other people will do like him, maybe I'll be trade banned, does valve looks reports and trades before Trade Ban/Send a warning sign?

It doesn't matter how many you get Valve can see if they are real or false reports.
