HOW DO I GET ONLINE RECEIPT AGAIN
I contacted EA about a problem I've had with one of my games. They now need evidence that I bought said game, and so far when I ask for help they all say "Go to help and purchases." I need both the email and the purchases tab. What I ask for here is the email. (I have deleted the email)

The game is Sims 3 with Pets DLC

if you bought it on Steam you would have gotten emailed a receipt. That should be good enough.

I deleted it a couple years ago, and I need it now.

If you got rid of it, try this:

https://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions/

Look at your licenses or your purchase history. Try a screenshot of that.

They still want the email

Well, if you deleted the receipt, you deleted the receipt. Let this be a lesson to you not to go and delete your receipts.
