Look...they even give us a helpful support page explaining scams. How is that being "useless" ?
It isn't.
If someone steals your TV from your house, does Sony come round and give you a new one? Exactly.
Only accept a trade if the person you're trading with has added everything you want to the trade window, so it's all done in one single transaction.
That means no money trades, no CD keys, no "I'll send you the rest later," and so on.
