If you don't want 15 day trade hold in the future, enable Steam Guard mobile authenticator for 7 days first.

Did you remove Steam Guard email verification and then re-enable it?
Assuming that you have enabled Steam Guard email verification after creating your account, you will be able to trade around 14 or 15 September. You should enable Steam Guard mobile authenticator also, otherwise all trades will be held for another 15 days.
Did you enable Steam Guard email verification when you created your account? If you did, you will be able to trade around 14 or 15 September.
But if you do not use Steam Guard mobile authenticator, when you trade, the trades will be held for 15 days to protect your items.
