No. You ENABLE Steam Guard mobile authenticator for 7 days to allow trading without holds. But what is the error that is blocking you from trading?

Did you remove Steam Guard email verification and then re-enable it?

Assuming that you have enabled Steam Guard email verification after creating your account, you will be able to trade around 14 or 15 September. You should enable Steam Guard mobile authenticator also, otherwise all trades will be held for another 15 days.

No, you can trade 15 days after enabling Steam Guard email verification. Changing to mobile authenticator will not shorten that wait.

Did you enable Steam Guard email verification when you created your account? If you did, you will be able to trade around 14 or 15 September.

But if you do not use Steam Guard mobile authenticator, when you trade, the trades will be held for 15 days to protect your items.
