Skyrim crashing right before leaving helgen cave, please help!

So, I've been struggling with tis problem for a few hours and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Skyrim runs perfectly fine whenever I start a new game but crashes once I try to leave the helgen cave right at the start of the game, it won't even let me load my previous saves and either crashes or drops that good old infinite loading screen. Normally I can fix minor crashing problems on my own but this has never happened to me before and I've been trying to fix it for hours.

I'm running skyrim on a brand new IBUYPOWER Red Hawk gaming desktop

it has a AMD FX-4300 Processor
8 GB memory
1 TB hard drive
Windows 10

I would include my mod load order but, to be frank, I really have no idea how to pull it up. I only specialize in fixing corrupted mods and such, not tinkering with load orders. If anyone can help or has been through this issue please help! I would really like to be able to play skyrim again and not delete all my mods.

If my load order is needed to help identify a problem then could you also tell me how to pull it up? I use Mod Organizer, thank you!

Sounds like a game-specific issue then, since you can launch it from your library but have crashes later.

Right click the game in your library and select "view forum" and search then post there if needed, please.

And you have a modded game as well. That should be taken up in the game forum also.
