How to view Steam statistics about games' saleries and such?

Where can I view the Steam statistics like how much the game costed in the past, how many people have bought it monthly, how much did they earn, and information like that?

You don't as most information like sale numbers and how much a game earned are confidential.

I'm pretty sure there it is possible to view such statistics if the developers/publishers allow it. For example, some people found such informations about Grim Dawn. I just want to know where did it come from. There's a website Steamspy, but I think it's not quite accurate.

Still, http://www.isthereanydeal.com/ does have price history data for games. Not sure how accurate they really are, but it shouldn't be entirely wrong (read: I'd expect the data to be correct, except that they might have picked up a price change a little later than it actually happened, or they might have missed a sale, or something like that).

For your last 2 questions, you have to ask the developers/publishers to release that information.
