PC lagging so hard right about now. PLEASE HELP
This problem im having, nowhere on the internet can help. This is my last straw, I don't want to bring it in and pay a ton of money. So...
Every time I game, watch videos or do anything else, my pc likes to lag and go slow motion, while making crackling noises from the speakers (When I watch youtube or something).
When I play GTA, it lags me hard, speakers crack, aaaaaaaaaand I'm dead. Its normal for a bit, 30secs to a couple mins later it does it again!
Things freeze alot and my MSI crashes more than it should.
*Computer has already been factory reset and everything is completely up to date*

This is a video link of me recording it. This is it on a GOOD day...

Around 40sec you notice it alot.

Post the exact computer or motherboard (if custom built) that you have.

Post the full operating system. (Windows and if it is 32 or 64 bit)

I see you said you are using MSI something. Is that MSI Afterburner ? If not, what is that, please ?

Is this with Steam games or does this happen just at random, and not strictly with gaming ?

Have you considered testing things in safe mode or safe mode with networking ? There is a limit what you can do in these boots, but they can possibly give clues to the root cause of the issue.

If you need longer than 2 hours to get it probably fixed, sometimes a fresh os install is easier and faster.

Did it start to happen with creators update?

Reasons:
- You are linking up a separate monitor from your computer, which has to allot some g-card space to render that as well (separate connected desktop)
- Your drivers can be out-of-date, ue the Nvidia GeForce or the Nvidia Driver site to find the latest update that you need
- There is a program that is trying to load/extract something on the bottom left, that could be taking up precious CPU space which causes lag in the output, since the processor also communicates with the g-card

Edit: Changed right from left

Also:
- Make sure that you have enough open RAM and VRAM, end programs that are useless and are eating up RAM

This is just a clip im playing on youtube, I dont think having enough RAM and VRAM would do anything. And i made sure everything is up to date, and I tried a factory reset before as well. No matter what i do, when or where, my computer lags and slows down.

Is this the exact computer ?

https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE62-2QD-Apache-Pro.html#down-driver

It has Killer device for network device. If you have the Killer Network Access Manager software installed also, that process has been seen to cause issues with Steam, perhaps. I can see you said this is not just with games but keep it in mind.

Are all the device drivers up to date otherwise, from the exact site I just linked ? If my search is correct ?

No, its been happening since before. I just decided to finally ask people about it since over the phone locally to techs doesnt help.

So, exactly when after buying it it started to happen?
And what changed around then?

Then this means you have be sure all the device drivers are also reinstalled and up to date. You have to check this and be sure if you reset the computer. That would have been good to know in the opening post.

I tried that, I literally sat here for days reinstalling things one by one, and looking into other things to clean, etc etc.
Thanks for the reminder, I changed the post to include that.

I personally would not trust other software to update my device drivers. I suggest you check them and be sure, especially since you did a reset.

Was that before or after the reset ? Because if it was before, then you reset later, that is important to note.

EDIT..Sorry, your last post ninja'd mine. I see you clarified.
