SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows SteamOS + Linux
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows Vista (x86 or x64)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 | AMD Athlon II x3
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 260 | AMD Radeon HD 5800 series
DirectX: Version 10
Storage: 10 GB available space

These are from the store page of the game. These requirements are the minimum of course, and not really "too" high. You can use this site to compare these with your hardware, if you wish.

that requirement would have my 6 year old office laptop have fullfilled... so no you can run it on any desktop pc unless it is like 10 years old.

The biggest requirements I see are a quad core CPU of the proper speed and the dedicated GPU (GTX 260) or equivalent.

If you buy the game and find it will not run after checking all this information first please, and just cannot get it to run, then you can refund the game or play in on another computer.

However, the playtime must be 2 hours or less to qualify for a refund. The refund system is not there to "test" games, though. So please do the proper research or ask as in here, before you buy. Thanks.

Well a current GTX 1080 Ti is about 1,900% stronger then a GTX 260. The GTX 260 is about 50% weaker then an Intel HD 630 (iGPU). So if you have a Skylake or Kabylake CPU you wouldnt even need a wraphics card.
A current i5 also is alread 3 times at least stronger.

You really need a real old computer not to being able to run it.

That GPU, if my search comparison is correct, it not quite up to par with a GTX 260.

You might get it to run on very minimum settings, if my search is right from what you posted.
